Sekuru Berv real name Berven Mashonganyika is a Chimurenga Music singer (culture music singer) born 25 years ago. Started his music career at the age of 7 whilst singing for school choirs and church choirs.
He then released his first song year 2008 after having financial problems and poor back ground. He went in to release as many songs later on and both his songs where influenced by international singers the likes of Akon and other rnb/ hip hop singers.
This year Sekuru Berv has been in several news papers in these countries South Africa, United Kingdom, Australia, Nigeria and Zimbabwe as he started doing Culture music at 25.
With his first album which carries 8 tracks Sekuru Berv has worked on
his first DvD which carries 5 videos on it in short period. The album

Completed his Education in 2006 he then obtained a music management certificate at Boston in South Africa year 2009. Worked for Hollywoodbets in S.A as a call centre agent he is now focusing on his music career.
Chimurenga Music was formed in 80’s by Thomas Tafirenyika Mapfumo and now Sekuru Berv is now following those foot steps.
