Matshediso Tshedi Florence Mholo is the embodiment of the new generation of young South African women; she exudes power, confidence, talent and most of all she is a woman with a vision. She is able to balance the demands many young women throughout South Africa are challenged with, Motherhood, career, the demanding schedule that each demands with a grace and common sense approach that makes sure that she is able to make the needed impact where she is needed.
How does she strike this balance? The answer is through experience, inspiration and application of methods that have seen her successfully climb the obstacles that have rendered so many helpless. Since she burst into the music scene with the multi-platinum album Malaika with the late Jabu Ndaba and Bongani Nchang, she is continuing to make a mark as a personality and an individual. Sheer determination has been the current of energy that has seen her scale the heights of a high profile woman on the South African, African and most recently global music scene.
